Dave W identifies this as Queen Mary's Rose Garden in Regents Park, saying "The crazy paving (so 1970s) has gone and edges have been softened. As there is circular symmetry we could be looking north or we could be looking south. I'm inclined to point northwards following the conventional preference of location filming." (RL)
Oh good I thought so a while ago but couldn't make it fit on a visit: the paving put me off. Now rectified (and looking more to the north than the south as the trees are closer). SJ

When a group of boys try to blackmail Quentin he replies that they can't touch him now. Dave W says that this is an almost reverse shot of Capture 17 in Victoria Park. Crown Gate Lodge is seen in the background so we are looking east. (RL)
