If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

McEnery's shop with his flat he shares with Jackson above.

Roland-François Lack has identified this as 1 Moore Park Road, London SW6 and provided this Google shot of the location in 2008 to support. (RL)

Repeated to show the progress of change. (RL)

Cilento and McEnery in a park, maybe Hyde.

Outside the shop. And near Cilento's head, a tantalising sign: something something Road? Ray and Ron Glenister read that as Moore Park Road and as a result view the location as the corner of Holmead and Fulham Road, with the houses in Fulham Road, London SW6 remaining. (RL)

The trees obscure much of the proof of the junction. SJ

And Rising Sun is adjacent to the shop. Roland-François Lack points out that the pub is now (Mar 2016) known as the Butcher's Hook. (RL)

Christopher Matheson points out that the capture is of the side facade of what is now known as 'The Butchers Hook' and provides a shot in support. (RL)

Another view, a bus and big clue on the haulage truck, but the studios (Shepperton) is in the southwest and Potters Bar in the north of London, hmm, much food for thought.

Holmead Road, London SW6 with Fulham Road crossing left to right.

Christopher gave it some thought and came up with, facing north in Holmead Road, London SW6 with Fulham Road crossing left to right. (RL)

Cilento leaves and this is also supposed to be the same road as those above.

Whilst in the area Christopher captured this shot, facing south in Holmead Road, London SW6 with King’s Road in the distance. (RL)
