Some of the gravestones seem to have gone, but right place with same shoreline in the bay. SJ.

A useful sign pointing the way to a 12th century church, a tomb and the German occupation museum... After 13 years hoping for an identification, Nick Poingdestre has obliged with La Hougue Bie, St Saviour (owned by Jersey Heritage).

York Street, in St Helier. The stick-on stone frontage of the shop is still there. You can match the stones! It is now a jewellers shop. The other give-away was the stripy pillar behind the blue umbrella. That is York Chambers. At the end of the row in the still, is another Jewellers, Letto's, which is still going strong to this day. West's cinema, St Helier... K. adds that this was demolished five years later and replaced with West Centre.
