Drawn at Walt Disney Studios on South Buena Vista Street in Burbank, California, a sort of Parisian, New York style of London is the setting where bachelor songwriter Roger Radcliffe composes music in his flat close to the Regent's Park.

Deciding that he and his master both need a "mate", Roger's dog Pongo watches women and their dogs pass by on the street outside the apartment before spotting Anita and her Dalmatian Perdita.

After Pongo moves the clock forward, he and Roger set off for their evening walk in Regent's Park.

Looking to arrange a meeting between Roger and the Dalmatian's owner, Pongo leads his 'pet' through the park. Tom took a stroll around Regent’s Park to jump into the world of animation and found a likely spot.

Continuing through the park, Pongo spots the perfect mate. There may be over 100 benches in Regent's Park but Tom found that there’s only one that fits just right.

Following the marriage of Roger and Anita, they and their Dalmatians settled down in a small house near near the Regent's Park.

The peace is shattered by the blaring horn of Cruella De Vil's car who is paying a visit to her old schoolfriend Roger to find out when Perdita's puppies are expected.

Some time after Perdita gives birth to fifteen puppies, Roger and Anita take an evening stroll with the happy parents leaving Nanny to look after their offspring.
