The coastline at Boscastle ... I initially thought but this may be above Trebarwith Strand.

True to their word, Lionel and Cynthia Sear now turn their attention to this film and confirm that it is indeed, Trebarwith Strand. The rock being a large piece of slate some 50metres in from the west end of the beach.(RL)

Morwenstow church: the legendary Parson Hawker was the incumbent here from 1834 to 1875 and had an enormous influence on this place and in Cornwall generally. He introduced the service of Harvest Thanksgiving here.

This shows the church from the north with Hawkers Vicarage on the left. No smoke from the chimney today. Lionel & Cynthia Sear, our Cornwall correspondents on the case.

Back to the cliffs above Trebarwith Strand towards Tintagel went Lionel and Cynthia Sear. Whilst they are concerned about the angle they confirm that this is the only place on the coastal footpath with a wall as shown. (RL)
