Storyline:

A rocket launched by Quatermass’ team lands in the countryside. Two of the three man crew have mysteriously disappeared and the third undergoes a horrible metamorphosis.

Emergency services rush to the crash site of Quatermass' rocket. High Street, Bray at the corner of Church Lane. The location also appears in 'Diamonds on Wheels' and this sequence is reused in 'The Day the Earth Caught Fire'.

Carroon comes out of hiding near where a Girl (Jane Asher) is playing with her doll. Richard Doust tells us that this scene was film at Surrey Docks explaining that the canal was between Russia Dock and Centre Pond. "The area today is part of the Russia Dock Woodland walk; the actual filming spot in amongst the bushes."

Dr. Briscoe follows the trail. Goswell Hill again which can also be seen in 'Allez France!', ‘The Gambler and the Lady', 'All Coppers Are . . . ' and 'Whispering Smith Hits London'.

Alan Mitchell wasn't prepared to risk his life for the shot! Chicken, or what? However "E" for effort, and a well deserved Brownie point!

This is Westminster Abbey in SW1 where there are some differences in the stonework as the location seen in the film was a set.
