Assuming the identity of Peter Douglas, Martin works at the laboratory of the Transvaal Chemical Corporation. Looks more like East London than South Africa!

Following an explosion at the chemical plant, Martin recovers in the Rhodes Memorial Hospital. Another building that would be more at home in Middlesex than in Middelburg. In fact it's in Surrey. Weybridge Hospital, at 22 Church Street, Weybridge. Also to be seen in 'The Jigsaw Man', it was destroyed by fire in 2017. (SR)

Forbes contacts his solicitor after suspecting that Douglas is really James Martin. Looking onto Old Square in Lincoln's Inn Fields WC2. The location was seen in 'Home to Danger'.

At the Criminal Records Office, a set of Peter Douglas' fingerprints obtained by Forbes are compared to those of Martin. The sign identifies Great Scotland Yard in SW1 which was seen to better effect in 'Atonement' and 'The Ipcress File'.

A taxi approaches the station. Looking from Terminus Place onto the junction of Wilton Road and Victoria Street with the Victoria Palace theatre in the centre background.

The shot follows the cab as it comes to a stand. Terminus Place SW1. The area was used in 'Man From Tangier', 'Ring of Bright Water' and 'Somewhere on Leave'.

That bus whose top is hiding the window arrangement was not going to move for a while and I lost patience, so it's replaceable. SJ

As the couple wait for the train to leave, Martin is apprehended by the police. The train stands in platform 2 at London Victoria station which also appears in 'Night Train to Paris', 'The Ware Case', 'Night Ferry', 'The IPCRESS File' and 'Red and Blue'.

The best that can be achieved from ground level, but at least they were pulling Pullman coaches in. (RL)
