The film opens with a shot of the Grade I listed Cranbrook Union Windmill located on Russells Yard off The Hill in Cranbrook, Kent.

Mark O'Neill, after five months of staying at home, decided, in his own words "to venture out again and what better way to break the chains than snapping for Reelstreets". (RL)

The Aston Martin turns into the driveway to the windmill. The yard had no name at the time of filming but has since acquired the moniker Russells Yard.

Giles Wingate (Derek Aylward) tells his friend Pat “If I'm not back in two hours you know what to do with the car.” The Union Windmill on Russells Yard, Cranbrook.

Whatever the outcome was the car was not there when Mark visited. (RL)

Leaving his prized Aston Martin behind, Giles walks from the windmill’s yard. Looking from the Union Windmill towards the junction with Bakers Cross and The Hill.

The windmill has yet to reopen so Mark and ourselves have to be satisfied with a shot from ground level. (RL)

With nine failed marriages to beautiful gold-diggers behind him, the serial divorcé makes his way along the high street. This is facing west on High Street in Cranbrook.

Parking regulations in Cranbrook, I recall, would have presented Mark with little concern. (RL)

Here, the view is looking along Stone Street from the junction of St. David’s Bridge and Waterloo Road.

Clearly Mark was not presented with the inconvenience of pedestrians or traffic whilst he was there. (RL)

As continuity goes astray we see more of the High Street in Cranbrook. This is outside number 11.

Gulping as he straightens his tie, Giles pauses before crossing the road to enter the court. Number 11 High Street in Cranbrook.

Given a suspended sentence, Giles returns to Wingate Manor where, with the help of his barrister Hubert Berridge, he sets up a school to teach girls how to extract money from men. In reality this is Walden Manor on Waldens Road in Bromley, Greater London identified by Bob "the Whirl".

Arranged by Berridge, Horrace Clapp drives a Probation Service van bringing four Girls to Giles Wingate’s school. Bob located this to be Crockenhill Road at the junction with Waldens Road, Orpington.

Living close by, Keith Prested went over to take this comparison. adding that the road now has a 40 mph limit but the layout remains the same "Out of shot, further back to the left, is an ornate wooden sign identifying the location as the Hamlet of Kevington."

Sergeant Braithewaite (Bob Andrews) allows the van to continue after an escape attempt by the Girls and discovers that his bike has been stolen. Bob recognised the driveway to Waldens bungalow on Waldens Road, Bromley.

Employed by Giles as deputy headmistress, the Countess of Burwash (Rose Alba) walks into the village. High Street, Robertsbridge.

No chases were occurring when Michael arrived on the scene.

Realising that there is someone behind her, the alcoholic aristocrat increases her pace. High Street in Robertsbridge, Sussex.

Leaving the village, the Countess hurries through a gate onto an old railway line. This is north of the River Rother and railway level crossing on The Clappers as it runs north from Robertsbridge to Northbridge Street.

Hector follows the Duchess along the railway before she slips through a hedge. A siding off the disused railway running between Robertsbridge and Bodiam that once served Hodson’s Mill in the background with the white gate, seen in the previous capture, standing closed to The Clappers.

Giles appears at the front door of the Manor as the van bringing the Girls arrives. The frontage of Walden Manor in Bromley advises Bob "the Whirl".

Without his bike, the Sergeant arrives home two hours late after a six mile walk. This building stands on Northbridge Street to the north of Robertsbridge, Sussex, just around the corner from the level crossing seen earlier.

At the suggestion of his wife Ethel, Sergeant Braithewaite starts to investigate the goings on at Wingate Manor. Bob found the entrance gate to Walden Manor on Waldens Road, Bromley.

As publicity about Wingate Manor spreads, Giles is watched by the locals as he visits the village. High Street, Robertsbridge in Sussex with the corner of Fair Lane on the left and the Methodist Church to the right.

In London, Berridge and Clapp are called upon to answer questions. The Clock Tower of the Houses of Parliament in London.

The camera moves from ‘Big Ben’ to find St. Stephen’s Club and St. Stephen’s Parade at the corner of Bridge Street and Victoria Embankment in SW1.

After sentencing Giles, Berridge and Clapp to three years in prison, the Judge (Wilfred Babbage) employs the Countess of Burwash and Horrace before setting up his own school. Facing the Vestry Hall at the junction of High Street and Stone Street in Cranbrook, Kent. The clue is on the noticeboard.
