OK, here we go . . . . . the film is comprised of stock shots, models and sets. No locations as such. There's a little clue in this first screen grab. Place de l'Opéra, a square in the 9th arrondissement of Paris with Palais Garnier behind the letters. The building was also seen in 'Stolen Face' and 'House of Secrets' and was spotted by John Tunstill.

The City of London Corporation's Guildhall, Gresham Street, London, EC2

A very different picture today with the completion of the East Wing (out of sight to the right) in the 1990's. Development and progress was delayed when the long-sought Roman Amphitheatre was discovered beneath the Guildhall Yard and is today on view in the basement of the Art Gallery. (RL)

That's not a good place to park a lorry. Salter’s Ash Crossing between Herriard and Bentworth & Lasham on the Basingstoke and Alton Light Railway in Hampshire. The location was seen in 'The Wrecker' from which scenes were taken for inclusion in this production.
