With a distinctly GWR looking building to the right, this looks very much like Twyford station in Berkshire.
John Leonard provides this view noting the disappearance of the pagoda building.

Darkness falls as the train travels through the night. We’ve seen this footage before.

The train pulls into a station before the last leg of the journey for London. Could this be a murky view of Newcastle-upon-Tyne Central station . . . no. Having taken a close look at the scene, Tony Leighton identifies this as Paddington station in W2 which is confirmed on the Railway Movie Database.
