If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Damon at the Forum, Rome

Impressively standing after 2000 years. SJ

Law and Damon in Naples

This is the gallery, recently restored, opposite the Archaeological Museum of Naples on Piazza Cavour. SJ

A little further in.

Rather an elegant construction. SJ

Further in still

And so we go likewise. SJ

And to the other side.

Via Broggia with slightly altered street furniture. Gate at the same angle. SJ

Damon and Paltrow in Rome: those bare feet above the fountain make me think Bernini's Four Rivers, therefore the Piazza Navona, most recently seen in Angels and Demons

Yes, facing south. SJ

The Spanish Steps, which can also be seen in 'Roman Holiday', 'Seven Hills of Rome', 'The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone', 'Blue Murder at St. Trinian's', 'Light in the Piazza' and 'If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium' amongst many other films.

Now. SJ

Just to the east of the steps

Now this is interesting, as it looks like a false front for the American Express Bank/Byron museum. SJ

A cafe opposite the last two grabs: the bank is under the umbrella.

Couldn't get much further back for the now. The cafe has been subsumed by a designer store. SJ

The steps again, seen in Roman Holiday, If it's Tuesday ..., Blue Murder et multa alia, and that's neither Spanish nor Italian but Latin: i.e. a fairly de rigueur location for any Rome set film.

Now. SJ

The base of the steps

More steps. SJ
