Dave Wilson has solved this one, with the help of Terry Gilliam. In an issue of "Cinefx" Gilliam explained that they used a still from London photo library, painted some edges and with a slow zoom and some cloud effect made it look like a moving frame. It is in fact Harlington, Bedfordshire and Dave supports with this Google Image. (RL)
