Is this a reversed shot of a Buckinghamshire roadway? No, not reversed, Di Davies locates this as Collinswood Road, Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire with what was 'The Yew Tree' pub, now an Indian restaurant, in the centre background. She says "For many years it had a large yew tree topiary sporting a bird with spread wings at the very top, which is no longer there. A tree still stands." There is a sepia picture on the internet but if you look at Google Earth that tree to the left is still there, but larger. (RL)

Safe expert Pete Dawson is flown in to assist when a young boy is locked in a bank's vault.

Pete Dawson (Robert Beatty) is met from the helicopter and taken straight to the bank. Greg Chapman advises that the building in the background is part of the then Independent Artists Studio at Beaconsfield, where the film was produced. It is still there and is part of the National Film and Television School. Other views of the studio as a location can be seen in 'The Wrong Arm of the Law', The Fast Lady’, ‘Seven Keys’, ‘You Lucky People’, ‘Orders are Orders’ and 'The Solitary Child'.

Greg sent us this archive image of the location adding "The darker brick building to the right is the television studio which was built in the 1960s."
