The titles appear over a matted shot of the entrance to a dance hall where Joe Loss and His Orchestra are playing. Dave W waltzes into action and finds the Locarno, Streatham Hill, London SW2. At least the first floor windows either side weren't matted but it has all now been re-developed. (RL)

Inspector Barclay arrives to check on the installation of a safe before the International Jewellers Convention hosted by Lady Redcliffe takes place at her Mayfair home. Dave W rather fancies that Lady R is rather 'pushing it a bit' to call 44 Bryanston Square, W1, Mayfair as it more correctly enjoys the ambience of Marylebone. (RL)
A reasonable match on the left on George Street but I'm thinking I should be further back here to capture the post-war building numbered in the thirties. SJ

Henry Jeckle (Bernard Bresslaw) agrees to meet Snoutie at the Palais that evening before returning to the lab where an explosion has dislodged the hidden formula for Dr. Henry Jeckyll's potion.

Disheartened that Henry didn't turn up, Snouty leaves the Palais where a fight between Bimbo and stranger Teddy Hyde was broken up when Dandy Kingsley the manager stepped in. The Locarno, Streatham Hill as seen in Capture 1 identified by Dave. (RL)

Dandy Kingsley (Elwyn Brook-Jones) and Teddy walk towards a building just along the street before making their way across the rooftops to Lady Redcliffe's mansion. Expanding Dave W's slight uncertainty, all the evidence points to 37 Bryanston Square, W1, later demolished.(RL)

Following the theft of priceless jewels from the safe at Lady Redcliffe's, Teddy turns back into Henry as Dandy and Fish turn a corner behind him. Dave W stays in Bryanston Square, W1 and looks towards George Street and what are designated as 49 and 50 Bryanston Square. (RL)
