If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Fleeing for his life, Dr. Mark Davidson (John Neville) pauses and turns to look back. Clive Dawson recognised the lamp standards at the eastern landing of Lambeth Bridge in London SE1 . . .

. . . and presents this daylight view as evidence.

A high pitched whistling grows louder causing Dr. Davidson to continue running through a darkened London. This is looking from the landing of Lambeth Bridge, along Albert Embankment running between the Thames and Lambeth Palace Road. The location is seen, in daylight, during 'The Tunnel', 'The Cracksman', 'European Vacation', 'A Dandy in Aspic', 'How to Get Ahead in Advertising', 'The Naked Truth', 'Seventy Deadly Pills', 'George and Mildred', 'The Man Without a Body', 'Mr. Denning Drives North', 'Midnight Lace' and 'The Vault of Horror' amongst other productions.

Facing the same direction, Clive took this shot.

The Doctor makes it to the story's Royal Institute for Space Research and the relative safety of his office. The former Shell Centre off Belvedere Road, now known as the White House apartments and located by Clive.

Clive found that the building remains largely unchanged.

Tears appear on Julie's cheeks as the boys and girls run from the playground. Looking into the playground at St. Mary & All Saints Primary School, located by Clive.

Within a few moments, every child has disappeared into the school building. Clive Dawson advises that this is St. Mary & All Saints Primary School on Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield.

It is always difficult taking photo's near or of schools so Phil was not able to linger for too long, but he did witness that the school has been extended somewhat, and that the two original Apex's towards the left hand side can still be seen. The 'green thing' is apparently a slide. (RL)

Clearly upset, Julie screams before running home. Facing west on Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire discovered by Clive Dawson.

The concrete post on the left looks the same as the original capture, so Phil used that as the reference point, only to find that the buildings across the way haven't changed either. (RL)
