Seeing a crowd of women waiting for him at the main entrance to his surgery, Dr. Todd escapes through a side gateway.

The police arrive after when the Doctor is mobbed by his female patients.

To keep himself safe, Dr. Todd takes a room at a hotel. The Royal Garden Hotel on Kensington High Street in London W8.

Employed as the Doctor's minder and trainer, former Sergeant Major Goodwin (Harry H. Corbett) arrives at the hotel. Facing eastward on Kensington High Street from the Royal Garden Hotel, which can be seen in 'The Man Outside', 'Company of Fools', 'Morgan, a Suitable Case for Treatment', 'Georgy Girl' and 'The Spy with a Cold Nose' while the road itself features in 'Time is My Enemy' and '23 Paces to Baker Street'.

Dr. Todd wanders through streets lined with seedy bars and strip clubs. The Raymond Revue Bar at the corner of Brewer Street and Walker's Court in London's Soho.

On a mission to rescue Dr. Todd, Goodwin approaches the mansion riding in an old fire engine.
