You Pay Your Money

After being asked to the home of Steve Mordaunt following a robbery, Bob Westlake and his wife Susie drive through the countryside. This is Looking northward on Stroude Road, to the south of Egham in Surrey.

The MG turns into the driveway of Madeley, the financier's huge property. The driveway leads to Great Fosters on Stroude Road which was also seen in 'Oh, Daddy', ‘Surprise Package’ and ‘A Night to Remember’.

After a lavish afternoon tea Nick Boorman, took some shots of Great Fosters, this one showing that the entrance pillars have changed.

House guest Rosemary Delgado (Jane Hylton) sees the couple and goes to find Currie the chauffeur to ask about the new arrivals.

Making the most of her stay whilst Steve and Bob talk, Susie dives into Madeley's pool. The pool at Great Fosters.

Inside the house, the two men discuss business before the attempted robbery is brought up. Great Fosters is now a luxury hotel.

Susie recognises Rosemary as a woman who was once involved with a crook before running to tell her husband.

Bob Westlake heads to question Currie about the previous night's events. Again, Great Fosters in Surrey.

After finding a clue in Rosemary's flat, Bob continues his investigation at the fictional Avonlea on Monkton Road, Twickenham.

Whilst snooping around Avonlea, Bob and Susie are caught by Delal and his sidekicks before they make their escape by boat. Bridge Wharf in Chertsey, Surrey with Chertsey Bridge to the top right.

Following her kidnapping, Delal (Ferdy Mayne) takes Susie to his hideout in Camden Town. Actually, this is High Street in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Russ Williamson tells us that that the location also appears in 'The Sound Barrier'.

After Rosemary is forced to tell them where Susie is being held, Bob and his associate arrive in Camden Town. Facing north on High Street, Walton on Thames.
