Taking the further comparative shots required for the William Birch Ltd sequences in March 2024 Phil Richards provided this addition shot and comment.

– the vehicle entrance remains

– the (demolished) first floor walk way opening is still there

– the 2 story building immediately to the right of the entrance has been replaced by a stairwell to reach the new apartment complex.

– the new second block of apartments parallel to the original factory refurbishment at the top of the stairs
